&body=SSmall offices don't have to be cramped, dark, or one-dimensional. We divided this long, deep storefront office into a series of workspaces with an open reception area at the front and increasingly private enclosures toward the back. We varied the degree of enclosure for each office through the use of carefully designed architectural elements including counters, columns with architrave, ceiling treatments, and wall colors. Using different types of light and light fixtures strengthened the identity of each zone. Visitors feel welcome at the front desk and experience an increased sense of trust and confidentially as they enter the back offices.&
