&body=When the Villas was awarded the Outstanding Multifamily Residential Project by the City of Walnut Creek, the successful building-to-site relationship was noted as its most outstanding feature. A design solution as unique as the narrow 4-acre site sets each of the 17 separate two- and three-story buildings at 45-degree angles to the street. Pulling the buildings away from each other allows for meandering landscaped pathways at grade and elevated walkways on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The 57-unit complex takes it’s Mediterranean flavor from the red tile roofs and white stucco walls. Each unit enjoys its own private patio or sun deck.&
