Fox Design Group is one of three architectural firms retained to develop designs for substandard (25, 37.5 feet wide), and standard lots. The development of 400-500 housing units on vacant lots and abandoned properties in developed Richmond neighborhoods will produce affordable single-family homes for moderate and low-income first time homebuyers in Richmond. Our 25C plan offers 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a generous kitchen, living room, and front and back porches. The plan also provides for a possible master bedroom suite on the 2nd floor.&
