&body=Small bits of architectural treasure are to be rejuvenated and resurrected with a facade upgrade to this art deco commercial building. Decorative elements such as diamond-capped pilasters will be re-emphasized, and new tile will recall the colors and geometric designs reminiscent of those used in the 1930’s, when the building was originally built. This facade improvement will also include upgraded lighting and signage, and a new color palette designed to enliven the building and a busy intersection in the center of downtown Richmond.&
