&body=We are designing three homes that will sit on a very steep pie shaped lot in Point Richmond overlooking San Francisco Bay. Careful site planning assures each home and each neighbor privacy, unobstructed views and ample sunlight. The two houses at the top of the site will look southward to San Francisco and westward to Mount Tamalpais across the bay. The third home, built at the base of the incline, will be tucked into the upslope with a westward view of the bay through an opening in the trees.&
