&body=This Project calls for two new buildings in an existing industrial complex in Richmond, California. Our site plan includes an interior courtyard to be used as an outdoor break area by the men and women who work in the complex. The new buildings are designed to complement the style of the existing buildings and upgrade the overall appearance of the project. The new warehouses will have layered siding, carefully organized windows, and a projecting bay to add interest and scale to the buildings. At the street edge, our plans call for a wrought-iron fence and new landscaping.&
