&body=This master bathroom, last remodeled in the 1980's, was uninviting and awkwardly proportioned. The homeowners wanted to turn the space into a restful retreat, complete with soaking tub and dressing table. We met their request by reconfiguring and reconstructing the existing space. Windows added to the tub wall allow light to spill into the central area, while a small shower window brightens the opposite end of the room. The owner designed the medicine cabinets and used rich looking wood cabinets as vanities. The built-in dressing table, custom lighting, and porcelain tile add warmth. A full walk-in shower, generous bathtub, and elegant basins complete the transformation.&
