&body=An old spice warehouse built at the turn of the century was developed into 3,700 square feet of office space for the Bank of America overseas operations division. The floor was subdivided into two main areas, one side open office landscape stations clustered to form work groups, the other a series of conference rooms, private offices and utility spaces. The original brick walls and timber beams were sand blasted and left exposed to create a warm, friendly work environment that set new stands for Bank of America office space.&
